1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking Casa Las Amapas you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
- 50% deposit due within 3 days of reservation
- Remaining 50% balance due 60 days prior to arrival
- Rates subject to change; honored at booked rate once deposit is paid
3. Cancellation
- More than 60 days prior: full refund minus 20% fee
- Less than 60 days: no refund unless re-rented
4. Occupancy
- Maximum 12 guests
- Day visitors $50/person, 48h notice required
