Casa Las Amapas is a luxury oceanfront villa in Puerto Vallarta, offering five bedrooms and a full service staff. The villa provides a private pool, direct beach access, and concierge services to assist with transportation, massages, car rentals, and local tours. Guests can expect a personalized experience with a focus on comfort and relaxation.

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Occupancy: The villa accommodates a set number of guests based on the reservation. Additional guests must be approved in advance.
Staff & Services: Daily housekeeping and a private chef (for breakfast and lunch) are included. Dinner service can be arranged for an additional fee.
Security Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $1,000 USD is collected.

Respect the Property: Treat the villa as you would your own home.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
Music & Noise: No loud music or disruptive noise after 10:00 PM.
Events & Gatherings: Events must be pre-approved. Small gatherings are allowed, but larger events require special arrangements.

Standard Reservations:
50% deposit required at booking, refundable up to 60 days before arrival.
The remaining balance and security deposit are due 60 days prior to check-in.
Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Holiday Bookings (Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving, Easter):
Strictly non-refundable, regardless of reason (e.g., flight issues, illness, COVID regulations, etc.).
Trip Insurance Recommended: No refunds for early departures, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
